2010 will be the year that Booksurge gets served Court documents to appear in court to enforce a contract.

We are considering the use of targeted press releases in order to expose this disgraceful practice of Blackballing currently being employed by many in the publishing industry as well as expose the illegal methods used by Christian Fundamentalist groups and their scumbag supporters – intellectual terrorism -.
After our triumph over Booksurge in Court we hope to see the Boylove Community begin to produce more honest volumes of human sexuality and expression and see these made readily available to the common public.

Targeted Discrimination : Boylove Project – share your tales -
I am in the process of compiling a Blacklist of all areas where we as sexual minorities face targeted discrimination by companies/internet sites/Corporations. I will be collecting Data supplied to me from Boylovers and others. This is specifically in regards to matters whereby you – as an Open sexual minority – were specifically targeted for discrimination based on your sexual orientation. In order to supply me with Data you must be able to provide proof before the organization/Company/Corporation etc will be listed on the Blacklist. This is proof that I will expect to see personally such as e-mails sent to you etc. If you have been the victim of targeted discrimination based on your same-gender oriented paedophile or ephebephile sexual orientation but have no proof provide me with the details. I am prepared to investigate these companies personally – provided it is possible. If I am able to obtain proof in my investigation that said company etc is practicing targeted discrimination I will then put them on the Blacklist.
Know that the only way forward for the Human species is the liberation of all sexual minorities – not the assimilation of a select few -. All consensual sex is harmless and a private matter between Humans, not the place of a State (certainly not a State that is unable to separate itself from Church).
